Planning a meet in December and expecting 422+ without any trouble if I can stay injury free that is.
With that said this week off and all my stretching my hip feels at least 95%.

Trapbar and sumodeadlifts today.

Around my fifth or sixth sumosession ever and my second trapbar so technique is not the best.
Trapbar is easy as fuck.

237.5kg trapbar
230kg sumo
