Big deadlift prs rarely happens at meets especially when you have grinded/missed squats. You failed 405 because of a technical error.
There is variations to add more volume after your main work. It's just not gonna be with your competition stance. I'll help you when I get home.
Yeah, i noticed I had a lot of trouble with 405 getting into the normal starting position, the bar didn't ride up my shins either, awesome thx a lot!

Gym lets u do whatever u want, aux cord that anyone can use, there's even a microwave/fridge/cubby holes for the regulars
