390 fast AF -> no results

What am I missing here? Or do you expect 45 lbs increase every 8 weeks?

It's just my e1rm was 430, and I couldn't even pull my 2nd attempt @ 415

e/ I guess I could stick with it a bit longer.

Big deadlift prs rarely happens at meets especially when you have grinded/missed squats. You failed 405 because of a technical error.

There is variations to add more volume after your main work. It's just not gonna be with your competition stance. I'll help you when I get home.

also does this gym casually play this music or do you get to select what plays?

Yeah, i noticed I had a lot of trouble with 405 getting into the normal starting position, the bar didn't ride up my shins either, awesome thx a lot!

Yeah, I kept losing balance idk why.

Gym lets u do whatever u want, aux cord that anyone can use, there's even a microwave/fridge/cubby holes for the regulars

ty, I definitely need to start doing some higher intensity stuff for squats and especially deadlifts, the lifts feel totally different when you have maximal loads.
