Why pay more than 80$ for jeans? You can get a great pair for $60-80.  Nice jacket for ~$150. Nice shoes for $40-100

Maybe in the US, but here good jeans start at $150.

Nudie, Levi's, Lee, Tiger of Sweden etc... they all cost about $200-250 here. Not talking about the 20-dollar levi's your grandpa wears, but the ones you actually want to wear.

If you have skinny legs then you're lucky as jeans like these are on sale almost every year so you can pick up $250 jeans for as little as $85 or so. I am seldom lucky enough to find a pair that fits on sale.

What brands do you recommend for jeans? Whenever I find a pair of jeans I want they are always over 150 bucks.

I know right... I don't like spending money on clothes, I kind of despise it. But all of my friends are obsessed with being trendy/fashionable and aren't gamers so they don't spend their hard-earned cash on things like games, TVs, speakers, computers etc like I would... Which leaves a sizable budget on their wardrobes.

I love suits though. I just want to skip the boyish/swag/fashionable/teenager trend/phase and go straight to mature, classy three piece suits everyday, but I'm still too young for that and I'd have to live in London/NYC to not get stared down in public. Not mention be rich / have a baller-income.

But trust me though, every time I find a pair of jeans I like I look at the price tag only to find it saying $249.99

Levi's are really good, but the only ones I'd wear cost well over 100 dollars even in the US... Price difference isn't actually that different.

Oh and do you recommend any MTM/bespoke jeans brands? 18+" calves / 26" thighs and a 33" waist is a nightmare finding jeans

Honestly for people with big legs, the best value style ratio usually comes from something like http://www.makeyourownjeans.com/

But imo dw about looking young or trendy. Just look for timeless classics and you don't need to shop often.

Just in case anyone was wondering... Khaki chinos go very well with a navy blazer and white shirt. Smart casual. Classy, but not overdoing it for regular social events.

I'm getting married in a few months and we decided I would wear a suit rather than a tux since it isn't an overly formal venue. I got a Kenneth Cole athletic fit suit which I really like but unsure on shirt/tie colors. She's wearing an ivory dress so I was thinking an ivory shirt. If I do go with an ivory shirt I also don't know what color tie to match it with. I like skinny ties a lot more than the larger ones. Also need shoes as I haven't seen one's I liked at the stores I went to. I like the slip on type in black but haven't seen to many. Ideas?

Neither of us really like tux's tbh. It's at a banquet hall in a nice Italian restaurant not a traditional wedding venue.

I'd wear a tux to my wedding.

Ivory shirt and white tie of course

Or the 2nd color of her dress (if there is one)

Oxfords are my personal fave, slipons are eech
