Squat 210x12 last week..
Deadlift pulled 285x8. But. Form was not the best. My legs give out upper back rounds

225x10 in 1rm calc is. 300

275x3. In 1rm calc is 291
So I guess that makes sense lol

I haven't maxed bench in a long time
I would have to fuckinf celebrate if I benched 275+
Most I've done is 260x1 but that was months ago

In calc 225x9 is 289lbs

I dont think I could bench 289. If so that would be awesome

225x10 is supposed to be 300? :o
I can get 225x11 or 12 for sure, but don't think I could get 275x3.. especially after that other work he did lol
like one day not all that long ago I repped 225x9(max at time) and went to 275 could only get it once by myself and halfway up for the second lol.. hopefully I could get it 2 now :lol:

My new gym doesn't have a barbell shoulder press or anywhere to shoulder press besides the smith :\
But on the smith I can do 275x2 I think

Never used one.. Wouldn't know how to compare

I'm assuming it's obviously much easier than bb press haha
