Squat 210x12 last week..
Deadlift pulled 285x8. But. Form was not the best. My legs give out upper back rounds

todays bench was like this
135x15
225x9 (no spotter, so didnt want to fail)
255x5
255x5
275x3 (hit a sticky point last rep, but then locked out fine)
Jeez feel like u could bench more .
Don't u usually train for hypertrophy tho
