unlike most people here i am not an egotistical wannabe, so i dont really care about maxes all that much due to the fact I am lifting so I am faster and better at sports, and of course to look and feel better about myself. Not to brag about numbers. but i am
250 bench (will be 255 in a few days for sure)
350 dl and squat are highest ive ever tried and succeeded... might try higher sometime but it isnt a big issue for me
