I would recommend the same thing for him as anyone else trying to bulk up.

Clean Bulking Diet (please read the last 10 pages of the thread I have already made a few of these recently)
5x5 plan for strength and size (please read the last 10 pages I also posted this one recently)
Cytogainer and Creatine added to daily supplements. (take cytogainer 2x a day and creatine 5g 1x a day)

Sounds good, I told him basically the same. I'am 6'1 165, 12% BF. Making sure due to size difference bulking is same.

yes indeed it is the same for now. If his body fails to respond properly to the traditional bulk, please come back to me and I will modify things accordingly.

Hey,

I was wondering if it be ok to take L Arginine + Caffeine Pills + Creatine Before workout

I've never used an No product, and don't plan to because theyre expensive as shit

Anyways, just wondering if it would be alright to stack all those pre workout;
Plan on taking Green Magnitude creatine btw

I don't advise mixing caffeine and arginine products as they have antagonistic effects (caffeine vasoconstricts and arginine vasodialates). They causes antagonistic reactions which pretty much cancel each other out and/or lead to undesired effects like strange heart effects (tachycardia followed by light headedness).

So apparently alkalizing your body has benefits from being over-all good for health and promoting longevity to establishing a superior anabolic state in the body.

My question is... how does this shit actually work?

Okay, so you can go out and buy an expensive Italian water filter that will alkalize your water in addition to cleaning it... and there's a laundry list of "alkalizing foods" but what actually takes place in the body when you do these things?

Is it possible to lose weight and gain strength at the same time?

I'm currently doing madcows 5x5 workout. Which is simply 3 days a week of 5x5 of the main compound excercises(squat, bench, barbell row, etc). If i were to add cardio 5 days a week will I still be able to gain muscle and lose weight?

the only task im having difficulty completing is the cottage cheese, to be honest.

I cannot stomache that stuff. I've been drinking a protein shake instead. Any other suitable substitutes?

Alright, well would it be fine if I just took the creatine post workout
And Arginine or caffeine pre?
I just want the extra energy and pumps while/before I workout
