@Plaad is it elbow tendonitis? Ive been battling that on and off for a few months.. Think it is a combination of needing to be stretched, forearm, and tricep weaknesses (not enough overhead movements . and tight/lagging forearms)

Nah it was probably just too much strain (due to not beeing used), went away after 3days.

2 days out now. Got sick on Monday so I hope to shake it before Sunday.

Attempts will be, in kg
squat 132.5/142.5/152.5
bench 92.5/100/102.5
Deadlift 190/205/217.5 OR 220

Sitting at 180lbs morning weight.

Note that that's all beltless, since I haven't made that investment yet.
