heres a video i found on youtube that shows pretty good form for tricep pulldowns http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2ILDEmRJmE

as far as the chicken dilemma goes, you can replace it with a can of tuna or 3 large hard boiled eggs and a cheese stick

excellent. I'll be watching that when I get out of work (youtube videos are blocked here--and it's probably a good thing to be honest).

Lastly, is it possible to "over do it" with protein? Maybe tonight I workout inbetween meal 5 and 6... Maybe it's not time for meal 6 yet, but I wanna smash a protein shake to give an extra boost to my muscles.

Also, my fitness center has a food bar. I often get a protein shake from there. I get like a banana & strawberry shake with protein. I'm assuming those may have sugar or syrups etc that would interfer with my plan, so I won't get those unless you okay them.

overdoing it with protein is possible...but it's very hard. For you it wont be a problem given your diet routine.

be careful with gym made shakes....make sure there is no added sugar and make sure the protein powder they use is OK (no extra sugar etc)

After you're done cutting, what is the best way to maintain that loss, gradually eat more ?
Before I was eating like shit, lots of junk, weird eating times etc. So, naturally when I cleaned up my diet I've been losing weight.
Nearing my target so I'm just wondering.
As far as working out, I do your 3 day weight/3 day cardio routine, I would like to stay with this but I can adjust if needed

hey there....just stick to a maintenance diet which basically consists of first 3 meals with carbs 2nd 3 meals without + gradually less cardio and more strength training.

you can....but you are talking about coming OFF of a cutting cycle...if you want to bulk up you are going to need increased portions and less cardio

Oh, I'm not trying to bulk up. I mean once I'm done losing the amount of weight I want to, what is a safe way to maintain that weight loss, if I keep the portions small wouldn't I just keep dropping weight? Or would I sort of plateau

oh to just maintain it....then you would just continue your diet as usual and cardio as usual, but just slightly increase your portion sizes and gradual re-introduce carbohydrates into the first 3 meals of the day but not the 2nd 3.

I would recommend the same thing for him as anyone else trying to bulk up.

Clean Bulking Diet (please read the last 10 pages of the thread I have already made a few of these recently)
5x5 plan for strength and size (please read the last 10 pages I also posted this one recently)
Cytogainer and Creatine added to daily supplements. (take cytogainer 2x a day and creatine 5g 1x a day)
