that last squat video. your issue was your hips, you weren't sitting back properly and therefore didn't have proper anterior pelvic tilt. The strength is there for sure. Be careful with that form though
For the bench video, was the bar actually touching your chest? didn't look like you were coming down all the way. Perhaps it was the angle.
Rest it up and put up some big numbers man!
I anticipate about a 950 total for ya.
I think I'm going for ~980 if i hit all my 3rd attempts, yeah I could feel it that day, felt weird af my squats don't normally look like that.
