255 5x5 squats felt really easy today
177 1x5 155 8x5 bench
335 10x1 deadlift

that last squat video. your issue was your hips, you weren't sitting back properly and therefore didn't have proper anterior pelvic tilt. The strength is there for sure. Be careful with that form though

For the bench video, was the bar actually touching your chest? didn't look like you were coming down all the way. Perhaps it was the angle.

Rest it up and put up some big numbers man!

I anticipate about a 950 total for ya.

I think I'm going for ~980 if i hit all my 3rd attempts, yeah I could feel it that day, felt weird af my squats don't normally look like that.

300 squat
320 squat fail

190 bench
204 bench
215 bench

Onto dls atm my last 375 acclimation set was fast AF

Going for 390 1st attempt

390 fast AF, stuck at knees for 415 then couldn't get 415 off the ground 3rd attempt, I still wanna hit 4 plates though.

I don't think I'll be following sspt deadlift table after this

925 total... Ouch

I just don't think it's giving me results. I'll go back to rep work and see if that works better for me
