Day5 Legs (this is out of the routine for now nitill ankle is healed)

NOW so adding this my Total is 435Deadlift + 285-295 Bench + 315x5 squat dont no max never tried = 1045
Deadlift 435X1 (done this yesterdasy prettty soild)
Bench Flat 285X1 (After sets with no struggle at all) probably could of got 295 (ill try next chest day)
Bench FLat 225x10 (little struggle on 9 and 10)
Bench Decline 295x1 (After sets on same day as i did 285 flat)
Bench Decline 225x10 (Repped it fast as fuck no struggle threw it)

i would love to see a youtube video of your deadlift an squat because no offense but i doubt your legit. and if you are squatting 315 for reps i bet you i d die laughin at your depth. so i dont mean to burst your bubble.. but strong e-stats.
