Deadlift 435X1 (done this yesterdasy prettty soild)
Bench Flat 285X1 (After sets with no struggle at all) probably could of got 295 (ill try next chest day)
Bench FLat 225x10 (little struggle on 9 and 10)
Bench Decline 295x1 (After sets on same day as i did 285 flat)
Bench Decline 225x10 (Repped it fast as fuck no struggle threw it)
Bench Incline ??? (im doing shoulders + upper chest tommorow so ill edit this then what i get cause my gains mostly happened in this week)
DB shoulder press ??? icon_pointr.gif Ditto (Bench Incline ???)

Squat 315x5 (legs still same cause i havent worked em in a while due to my ankle injury

Bench Decline (didnt have one when i started)
Bench Incline (Didnt have one)

DB shoulder press 40x8


i would love to see a youtube video of your deadlift an squat because no offense but i doubt your legit. and if you are squatting 315 for reps i bet you i d die laughin at your depth. so i dont mean to burst your bubble.. but strong e-stats.

next week ill post the deadlift on my back day

for the squats i havent been workign legs lately so i dont no wut i got on that now but beofre it was 315 for 4-5 ill see try for proof tho , not gonna guarantee sence i no for a fact my legs got weaker

I'm at 155 now.. Lost some weight, but trying to gain it back by lifting more.. No flash here cuz my mirror is so dirty that with flash u would not see me at all. Someone qjote me too cuz I have high warns so no one can see pic.

Yeah, when I get down to my old bf % I will look a lot bigger than I did.
