Citrulline-malate + coffee or caffeine pills/some kind of caffeine-based "fat burner" pills if im not around coffee.

you can easily make a pre yourself if you buy the raw materials.

citrulline 4-6 grams
betaine 1-2 grams
carnosyne 4 grams
coffeine whatever you want (not a big fan of coffeine in pres anymore, was a coffeine junkie in the past)
glycerol 1-3 grams
taurine 1-3 grams
something for focus like a nootropic
I also like vitamin C or a multi vitamin and mineral with my pre

you can also just search for the best rated pres and then search each component individually, what does it do, what dosage is recommended, the price, would you want it, etc.

I was taking Lit from GNC and now Bucked up seems to be doing the job sugar free.

When I'm running? Nothing. I just eat a carb heavy breakfast in the morning. I do Ami-N.O. Energy from ON for my strength training, though.

I only take pre when PRing, or throwing up big numbers on my working sets,

I take ItsLit, I hit all my big numbers on this pre workout, but just don’t take it too late in the day as it’ll keep you up at night.

For lighter weight days I recommend staying off pre, if you take it everyday you’ll build a tolerance and won’t want to workout without it.
