If you're working 40 hrs/week 4x10 is the best way to go by a long shot. 3 days off is awesome.

60hrs a week blows but I've worked 14 hr shifts an hr from home before. 16 1/2 or 17 hr days when it's all said and done is literally the fucking worst thing ever

I hope you're getting OT for that extra time working. There is more to life than work

yeah 3 days off is pretty nice.. and yeah overtime with anything over 40 hours helps out with xmas this time of year... and yeah i agree 100% there is a lot more to life than work

idk ive done a more physically grueling job than being an arborist. and still manage to hit the gym and kill it.
i know people who have done more physically demanding jobs than even i have and do it.

thats an excuse mate.

what exactly do you do ?

i operate a manual crew i have to go get all the tree's that a bucket truck cant reach and do them Manual... Not gonna lie its pretty tough standing on a set of spikes for hours at a time and roping limbs out of trees .. i live in eastern ky also so most the time i have to hike a mile up the mountain or longer to even start working lol

that damn job making a old man out of me none the less.. when ever it storms and power outages occur i work 16+ hours a day 7 days a week until power is restored

i use to work underground in the coal mines before my current job

so i finally made it to the gym yesterday on my day off

i pretty well did a whole body work out about used every machine they had i was sore before i ended up leaving

only thing i did not know was the machines with cables that has weight's on them that you got to pull up.. well the weight's didn't have no numbers on them.. so i dont know how much weight i was working out with <_<

they just had numbers like 1-2-3-4-5 all way to -22.. no lbs of kilo numbers... i put it on 12 or so and used it to work out with...

besides that i have been doing research on creatine.. it said monohydrate creatine is best what is your guy's experience with this? should someone like me be trying this ?

Nobody cares about the weight you do on any machine anyway.

You can take creatine monohydrate, it may help your lifts.

Why are you doing a bunch of machines? Get a program and stick with it.

Fat doesn't turn to muscle. But being a new lifter, you may be able to recomp somewhat.
