Hey man,

When talking about egg whites you're literally talking about the white egg part in an egg. Are you by chance talking about protein? I'm from The Netherlands and took a little while adjusting to some English terms in bodybuilding / powerlifting. Quark aka kwark is called frozen yoghurt.

Seems like you want to overdo it a little. There are many people who tell you protein should be x% of the total daily caloric intake.

If you eat 2 handful of nuts, frozen yoghurt and 2 shakes on top of your normal meals, you're good to go;

100-120 grams is probably enough

You're a big dude, do you want to lose more weight, shred to the bone or gain muscle?

Find your goal, adjust your meal accordingly.

I do eat a minimun of 1 egg a day, sometimes 2 but thats only 11g per egg, not to much and can't always eat an egg.

It's not good to eat 10 eggs per day either

proof that 10 eggs a day is not good for you? i have come to find that a large quantity of eggs (when properly integrated to fit macros) is verey beneficial for a few reasons. 1g protein per lb of bodyweight is fine, no need for more unless you are cutting as more protein is required to maintain muscle mass in a caloric deficit.

Joe, why bump this mang?

I talked to him in Dutch and helped him out a little bit.

We call protein [ei-wit] which is literally translated [egg-white].
