All the top deadlifters in the world have shins that look like that after a deadlift session.

Benni magnusson, Eddie hall, George leeman.

Just where they have the bar so close to the body.

They also have shitty mobility and massive bodies that get in the way of the bar. Blood is not a prerequisite for a good deadlift

all i heard was tear your ACL/MCL/MM slightly more

are you kidding me? there are guys who pull 4x bodyweight with their toes straight outward almost, and feet spread so far they have to turn them back in before they release at lockout or they crush their toes. im guessing your deadlift is like what 300 lbs and you weigh over 200. COuld also be that you are starting with the bar too close to the shins, because everybody knows the bar is supposed to be over your mid foot not as close to your fucking shins as possible, but I figured you werent that stupid. MAybe I gave you too much credit?

can't stand these weird fukkin creeps who think it's cool to tear the shit out of their legs so they can show that they dl when It would take very little effort to eliminate or greatly reduce the injuries

Are you saying them 3 have bad form then cause of lack of mobility?

And yeah I agree if you can not scar up your shins that's great but just some hardcore deadlifters like to pull the weight so close to the body to give them that tiny bit extra leverage.

yeah thats probably a factor. they also just have huge body masses to move in addition to that bar. if youre scraping the bar along your legs the whole way that suggests to me that you are struggling to balance your body and the bar, and youre grinding each rep using your legs for additional stability. sure theres probably a contact point somewhere in a normal bar path but you shouldnt have lines going up your shins. you probably arent pulling efficiently if you do

your opinion doesnt matter if its completely unfounded. if you wanna discuss knee mechanics in the deadlift you should try bringing some actual evidence rather than just your thoughts and feelings
