food: had vanilla chi tea from dunkin donuts(stopped to get my girl donuts) tons coffee as usual roast beef sandwich wit cheese and i ate a hole thin crust pizza for dinner like an hour ago so prob 11:30pm
exercise: like 15 mins of abs? prob less. it hurts my lower back when doing abs before my abs even start to hurt
question: i dont really know what exercises to even do... or target different spots of my chest particularly my outer lower chest
