Go for a long run and don't hydrate. I can regularly lose 3-4 lbs on a 30+km run just with water weight alone, it comes back within the day after hydrating/eating when I get home... but you could skip that step.

i understand this is a late response, but dehydrating is not healthy, nor the correct way to go about that.(barely drinking water)
provided you have plenty of fat cells, if you cut down on portions, it's possible to lose that weight in that time. try to drink plenty of water the day before and try to pass any digested food that you can.(obviously!)
not sure what kind of appointment, but you likely can't eat or drink after 6-12pm the day before anyway.
steady water intake will help your digestion and help you pass food. in the end, never try to cut weight with water. water is so important for your well-being, why go without it!

That's a good goal and a reasonable one if you really want it. That will take wanting it though. Dedication will get you there, good luck dude.
