I think im going to take a new approach to my diet. Im gonna try to clean bulk. im getting a little to fat around my stomach my top abs use to be kinda visible and now theyre gone it could just be bloat from the juice though.. ill post an example of what i ate yesterday and tell me if you think i need to change anything.

8:30 am 3 hard boiled eggs 2 packs of oatmeal
10 am protein shake
10:30 large honeycrisp apple
1:30 pm double bacon cheese burger
3:00 pm (pre workout) 2x blueberry bagles with extra low fat strawberry cream cheese
6 pm (post workout) Medium artisan chicken meal from McDonalds with 50/50 sweet tea and a Fish filet. (i get this everyday after the gym)
7 a shake
9-10 pm Large grilled chicken breast, 2 of the premade cups of ramen noodles and a large serving of vegies.
6-10 bottles of water a day

Im not sure about the carbs or fats but thats atleast 180 grams of protein. This is how my diet looks most days give or take a item or 2.
Im only doing light cardio 1-2 times a week right now.. about 15 mins of a fast walk on a inclined treadmill... also ive been stuck at 204 for about a week now.. but my strength is going up.

haha.. im gonna spend 2500 on a name change to Yokedhey. And then immediately regret it cuz you guys will make fun of me hahaha.

Yesterday accidentally slept to long and missed gym.
Today was off day.
Tomorrow Back and maybe a little chest or legs.
If anybody has any input on the mondays meals please lmk... Is it good enough should i change anything. Im eating at a surplus but i dont want it to be too dirty.
