assisted pull ups half weight x 10 (100); 40% weigh (80) x 10; 30% weight (60) x 5
assisted dips random @ half weight cuz bored of waiting inbeween the above sets
bent over rows with bb 45 1x10; 95 2x6
deadlifts 3x3 185
shoulder flies 12.5lbs x 10; 15 lbs x 10; 17.5 x 6ish
bb curls 3x5 45lbs

oh and half mile jog prior cuz fat

bb rows: 65@12reps; 85@10reps: 105@ 8 reps; 135@6reps
shoulder db raises: various weights burn out from 20lbs to 10lbs around 8-10 reps each
bb curl 45lbs 5 reps; 7 reps
