I hit 170 this week. Started out about 164 4 weeks ago.

I was talking to SKCRaynor though, and I think my bodyfat % is between 22-25% or something which is too high, so I might need to cut it down to 12% before continuing the strength/size training.

If that is the case, I will try to maintain the lifts/strength I have now while getting down to 12%. IF I am 25% bf, I'd need to cut 22.5 lbs of fat and if I can cut 1.5 lbs per week, it would be a 15 week cut.

Forgot to post yesterday was the last off day of the week.

Gonna hit the gym later tonight for back day.

Got sick last night and never ended up making it to the gym.

This stomach bug still hasn't gone away so I probably won't make it again today especially since it closes in 3 hours.

Hopefully I can get back in there tomorrow.
