How come nobody has mentioned the fact that women think lifting a weight will make them look like Dana Linn Bailey? Seriously how many times have you heard a female say they would lift but they don't want to 'get too big'? Bitch I've worked out on and off for 18 months with probably 10x the natural testosterone levels you have and I wouldn't consider myself particularly muscular. The fitness industry has inadvertently caused this false perception through the promotion of fake natties and the bullshit advice that follows on - you know the 'just eat clean and train hard and you can look like me'. A lot of men can see through it but the point is that women without much knowledge of steroids (so the vast majority) are fooled.

Maybe if there was a campaign to spread awareness of the aforementioned bullshit you'd find more women lifting weights; thus burning calories, speeding up their metabolism and increasing their overall health. Guys don't have the same problem because being muscular is a generally attractive trait in a male whereas it is at best ambiguous to be a muscular woman. And by that I'm not talking about having a huge ass from squatting (generally seen as attractive), because while that physique is much more achievable than one like Dana Linn Bailey's, it is irrelevant because many women think lifting would result in the shredded ifbb physique.

nailed it

guys, serious question.

does the loneliness make you narrow-minded?

or are you lonely because of your narrow-mindedness?

From my experience women are lazy, just like us men. The times we live in today sure don't help; everyone wants something handed to them but aren't willing to put the work in to obtain it. It's called sacrifices and people anymore don't know how to make them.

Women used to look good back in the day because they worked their butts off in the house AND didn't have to go out to eat every damn night. It really comes down to sacrifice, for both men and women. To a point that was touched on earlier, I personally don't like to look at myself in the mirror and be disgusted so I do something about it - I watch what I eat, stay active and workout. This is a mentality that you need to have all the time, just not every few years once you notice you're fat.

It's not for others to look at, it's called taking care of yourself for YOURSELF. Stop being lazy, pride yourself on the little things and get it done.

You are misinterpreting or greatly confused.

You can't compare a statement by burns regarding the top strongman's versus your average overweight person.

Even then, strongman aren't fat.

To you he's overweight.
To a BMI calculator hes morbidly obese.

To his job he's a great candidate.
I can't recall but I don't think his body fat % is very high when he's not competing.

yea i know for weightlifting its ideal to move weight and maybe joint health to some degree

but as for excess fat. thats what im talking about

even alot of pro bodybuilders are overweight, in off season especially with fat. but during competition they are still overweight, its unhealthy to have that much mass, even if it is muscle.

lee priest has a pretty fat pic online during off season

Damn lol, all he ask was did your doctor tell you that you're healthy? then she takes offense to that.

My bro shadows ER doctors as part of his med school requirements, he always hears the doctors talking about obesity like it's the most disgusting thing ever.
