I've cycled creatine gives u more power to u lose some gains after the cycle if you lift heavy u will keep some

Pretty much gives u more p o wer to workout

Lol not sure if trolling creatine is made to.be taken in cycles not year round gg

Creatine doesn't have to be cycled. If you've been lifting for more than 22 years and that's your physique I feel really bad for you man.

Lol your gonna overload your kidney if u take it year round I was in better shape before my accident also being ripped doesn't make you know more about lifting I've seen unfit people know more than many combined

Same as taking too much protein your system will toxify but ya you wouldn't know this cuz you don't read biology and nutrition. Btw your move before your bench makes no sense :bonk: also 22 years was An exaggeration 16_17 here

You seem to have a tenuous grasp on the English language, let alone basic non broscience nutrition.
