10:00 awake

11:30am Breakfast:2 cups vector cereal with 475 ml chocolate milk
2:30 pm: 2 chicken breast diced and tossed with handful each of onion and mushroom
5:00/5:30 dinner: slow cooked beef strogonof with extra lean beef.
Pre workout shake, 45g protein using water
Workout at 11/12/1 ish. Followed by protein shake using skim milk 45g.

Throughout the day, about 3-5L of water.







The dates on this are off here and there. That should read sept 1, not second.

Should be able to get pics tonight. - no workout last night. Passed the fuck out hard on the couch.
Still drank my pre-workout. No after tho

Last night: (I always fail my last rep on OHP. Damn shoulder injury. It will increase after 2-3 more sessions of the same weight.

Maybe try a different approach for breakfast. Yours sounds like it is full of sugar / junk.

Oats with fruits (I like berries and banana) with light or skim milk
