10:00 awake
11:30am Breakfast:2 cups vector cereal with 473ml chocolate milk
2:30 pm: 2 chicken breast diced and tossed with handful each of onion and mushroom and green pepper
9:30-10:30 dinner. 4 hard boiled eggs. Maybe in a wrap with veggies
Pre workout shake, 45g protein using water
Workout at 12:30/1:30 ish. Followed by protein shake using skim milk 45g.
Throughout the day, about 3-5L of water.
Lunch:

Last night: (I always fail my last rep on OHP. Damn shoulder injury. It will increase after 2-3 more sessions of the same weight.
