Probably a lot harder to bench 4 plates than squat 5 lol. A serious powerlifter would squat 6 plates before.

this is a good chart in kg for the big 3 raw under IPF rules.

Class 1 is an intermediate lifter
CMS you are strong on a Regional level (advanced)
MS you are strong for a National level
MSIC is international (would probably earn you a medal at worlds)
