Yes it is.
You're suggesting everyone requires the same caloric needs at X body weight.
Not taking into account anything besides weight.
Avg of 2,200 calories is fine with me.

I did not suggest anything, i said it would probably end up being around that, but seems you do not need any help at all, you got it figured out, have fun lowering your calories from 2200 brah.

3.4 lbs in a week, isn't that a little too much for ya?
Thought most big guys don't wanna weight that quick.

So is spreading bad dieting information.

Don't see how it's "bad information" or even incorrect for that matter. It's how I've done my cut, and I've seen pretty good results from it. :/ But you're entitled to say what you want of course. Unless you don't live in America. Then you can just fk off m8.

You stated your opinion (which I also disagree with to an extent), but you didn't force it on anyone or say it was the 100% right way to do it for everyone.

Do people still actually used the Xg/lb bodyweight bullshit?

Set up a caloric budget, divide calories into a percentage of fat/carbs/protein and go for that amount.

2,200 does seem a bit low, but youre right everyone has different genetics , etc. as long as you're keeping your strength than it must be right
