Why not. Just have her doing dumbbell exercises next to you on a nearby bench while you do the same. Just show her how to do the exercise, and tell her a good set/rep amount.
You don't have to hold her hand the entire time, just start doing your own thing, talking occasionally on breaks, when she finishes show her the next one, etc. I think it would be fun?

At my gym there is this girl who does a mixture of crossfit / bad form exercises while taking up the bench bar for over half an hour while I want to do biceps curls there... Fucked up!

i gave my girl a list of some isometric exercises with some calisthenics, simple pushups squats bicycles, shadow boxes with 3lb weights... she joins me when i work out about twice a week and does her own thing

you guys saying its bad for progress and ruins gains, seriously l2females. it's fun times, have had nothing but good experiences with mine :)
