I would say you're losing the weight pretty evenly, I commend you for your hard work.

clear difference, gj. only thing i would say is to look athletic and/or be 14% bf you need to have a bit more muscle than what i see currently in the pics even if you drop more weight

Yeah, we will see where I need to gain. I plan on trying to get to 10-12% and then hover between that and 14% depending on what I'm focusing on. I know I need to get that low to know what I actually look like and need to work on mass wise.

My personal thoughts are I will need more leg mass, lat mass, and chest mass. I think it's hard to have the big legs when I'm so tall.

224.8 yesterday, won't hit my goal within the 90 days, but I'm thinking 210-215 range will be my ending point, I guess we will see.

Thanks, I definitely plan to. In a competition at my gym, it ends on 4/20 haha, still plan on going until I hit my goal though. Then I'll focus on strength.

What you're gonna win? Free pizza for a year? :D

Decent progress, applaudible.

You want to take it further?

Win an iPad, which I want so that's cool. I had planned to cut anyway, it just gave me an incentive since I knew I could win. I plan on taking it much further, I'm going to try to get to 10% bf, then I will slow bulk to like 14% and hover between those two.

Seen a lot of people lose 20-45 pounds in 4 - 12 weeks. BUDS

Just have a mentality of a military family.

Hard work pays and never skip a day. You'll be jacked until you're 70 years old.
