Seeing as the primary function of the lats is to pull the arms into the body, you're correct. I think heavy rows (usually a main accessory for deads) is the main lat builder here.

Deads are a decent trap exercise tho. Plus, doing deads actually gets me to work my traps as I hate doing shrugs.

Power cleans (hang cleans ) kills my traps for daysss like nothing else

Yeah, no knock on you at all, but novice, even intermediate level should be able to milk the hell out of a sped up version of this without deloads tbh.

I've modified it to just s/b/dl and do 3 on 1 off, so I do 1 cycle every ~10-12 days. When I'm feeling worn down, I just schedule either 2 consecutive off days, and eat a little more, or I will go 2 on 1 off for a couple weeks instead.

maybe, but that's not me. and it isn't even because i think ATG is superior. ATG is just more natural for me.

I've learned 6days/week training is too intense for me. 4-5 is prime.

I'm gonna keep the routine how it is for a while, I'm sure eventually I'll change it. maybe 2016.

hahah, my DL is EMBARRASSING.

not much to see XD.

send me it?

Dont worry, my squat is stronger than deadlift and i can almost shoulder press as mush as i can bench...

I almost never deadlift, so that explains why i am stronger squatting. Also im not sure if i have really strong shoulders or a weak chest... or both.

Miraculously felt much better upon waking up this morning. not all better, but enough that I didn't feel like i was dying. Was super psyched to get back in the gym.

Didn't expect much being sick the better part of two weeks, but set a PR on OHP woo!!
