Why you lift : Started off for aesthetics, now it's a hobby/lifestyle, also want to correct my anterior pelvic tilt.

Finally got my deadlift back up to 225. In hindsight, Taking a break from lifting when you're still small is a bad idea.

Best lift + max: Bench - 265 / Deadlift - 425 / Squat - 355 (my bench sucks because my shoulder is double jointed and pops when I go too heavy)
Why you lift: For the beach body and because you can visually see your gains when you can put the hard work in. Not many other hobbies like that.

Time working out (weeks/months/years) : On and off for 3 years, started Olympic Weightlifting 6 months ago
Best lift + max : Clean n Jerk 335 ; Snatch 275 ; Back Squat 430 ; Front Squat 365 ; Deadlift never maxed but 495 isn't hard ; Bench too weak to mention (last pr was 315 before Weightlifting)
Why you lift : It's a passion, I like to fight for new PRs and it's a way to escape
