When I have nothing else to base it off of then absolutely.
If I've never met a person and they send me a resume with poor grammar Id assume they're uneducated and lazy . How is this different ?

Two men were filming George Plitt Jr. on the railroad track north of the Burbank train station Saturday afternoon when Plitt was hit by a southbound Metrolink train, said Burbank Police Sgt. Scott Meadows.

Investigators, who interviewed witnesses who saw Plitt standing on the track even as the train's horn was blaring, have ruled out a suicide, he said.

It appears Plitt may have believed the train was on a nearby, parallel track, Meadows said.

"It's like a blind turn," he said. "When the train came, you might not be able to tell which set the train is on."

Why not just have some respect for the dead, regardless of your opinion on him, he was a optimistic motivational person who wanted to better other peoples lives, he was there to help, he wasn't an average joe... He went too young.

Burbank, CA, is right by me. If it's the rail station I think it is (right off I-5, by the Olive St. exit,) it's SUPER easy to get on the tracks. With the added noise of the freeway right next to the tracks, real easy to get clobbered by a train if you're not careful. Tough break.
