I agree that his comment wasn't really a good one, but the argument you guys are using isn't much better haha.
His argument of eating chicken all day to get your protein totals is asinine.
I have eggs for breakfast, ham/turkey for lunch, like 8 oz. of chicken for dinner, and an extra 1-2 scoops of whey. That gets me to around 180 grams of protein a day.
It still takes me 30 minutes to make 2 chicken breasts every night, or I can make more one night but they dry out over the week.
The time:convenience ratio between having more chicken throughout the day instead of just having a quick 2 minute protein shake is just dumb.
I was really only asking like what brands people preferred or what flavors, then this moron came in.
