Idk man you find an explanation, the sweat is fuckign disgusting, I'll be cold in a t-shirt in 5 degree weather, but my armpits would be soaked with sweat and my face would be dripping just from walking briskly, i cut out gluten no more sweat, no more gagging before every set/before i eat/before i take my vitamins/before i drink, no more pissing every 20 fucking minutes, idk man, even if it's not gluten idc I much prefer this life to a couple pieces of bread and some pasta
