I feel like planks are shitty, Ive always been able to do 5 minute planks, even before I bothered to exercise.

maybe because scrawn, idk, but I never felt like I was getting a challenge or benefit from them

u must be a sex god man if u can hold plank position whrn u do them missionary style u get much more velocity and mometum behind ur thrust so u poiund them even faster and ahrder i did this and ruptured a cervix. all the women will flock to u soon

That is why you add weight.

I hate snatchgrip SLDL's.
If you don't use straps your hands get raped and your hamstrings/erectors want to die after a few reps/sets.
