The time off over the summer has really put a damper on my strength... I'm also like 7-8 lbs lighter than then too though.
The only thing that's close is my DL. My sacro-illiac has been giving me issues again so I haven't been doing them for a couple weeks. kinda shitty.
Squats are a lot weaker than they used to be too... so that sucks
Generally feeling like shit at the gym after compound lifts, particularly deads and squats. Profuse sweating and headaches and feeling drained.
I'm coming in a bit light these days too. 162 or so when I wake up. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Got 225 1rm on bench last week. I was socked tbh. Figured it would be lower. Managed 5x4x4x185 on bench ealier this week. Was a bit disappointed with that.
Todays workout was squats, shoulders and arms. Arm strength is about what it was this spring. Shoulders are pretty close as well
Did 3x6x115 standing bb ohp. Was happy with that considering it was standing.
Could only manage 3x3 at 275 for squats today. Pretty shitty tbh... Strength just isn't there like it was Also did 3x8 @ 225 for squat.
135x8, 225x8, 3x3x275, 2x8x225 was the squat portion of my workout. Felt good during, just not as strong as I was in the spring. After I was done I started a bit of a headache and felt drained again through the rest of my workout.
