sugar isn't isn't THE problem like the video is suggesting. It is A problem though.

At the end of the day each and every person makes their own decisions about what they eat and their level of activity.

we're all fucking lazy and stuff our faces with garbage... well some of us don't but you know what I mean.

Personally I don't drink any juice or pop anymore. Only water, unless I'm drinking booze but that's only once a week or once every 2 weeks.

I actually feel a lot better physically and mentally even though I'm not actually healthier than I was prior to making that decision.

Since I stopped eating/drinking things that essentially give you massive sugar dumps I've been more inactive than ever in my entire life and I feel better. Figure that out. lol

Now that I'm going back to the gym, it's only been like 4-5 days and I already feel like a million bucks.

Despite what people think, our body doesn't need sugar

Yes we are available for our own decisions, but the availability is overwhelming to weaklings.
They synthesize those artificial flavors and smells to lure people in.
And if it is calories in excess being the problem, then sugar (some of the easiest calories to take in excess) will be a problem for most people.

You are on a health and fitness forum. You are probably young and in reasonable shape and have had a lot of opportunities to better yourselves and learn more about this topic.
Not everybody can say the same though.

not having any opportunity to improve your physical health is a load of shit. everybody can, for absolutely nothing but time. they just refuse to

the fuck?

Just posting my results. I stopped drinking sugary drinks close to 2 years ago because I was inactive and didn't want to turn into a fatty.
I was starting to gain weight quickly and removing unnecessary sugar from my diet stopped the weight gain
nn those extra useless calories. I got a bunch of other benefits out of it too and decided to share because it was relevant to the topic. idk... lol
