You know what? Im so sick and tired about how people in general think its ok to drink while bodybuilding.

Are you serious or not? Do you want everything to work the best it possibly can? Are you willing to quit drinking because you want to be the best? Are you willing to do that?

People claim they workout, but that's far different than training. If you train, you do not drink. Maybe a glass of wine with dinner once a week. That's it!

If you are not willing to do that, then you might as well just accept working out for fun and always wondering "What if?"

Now If you are only drinking 1-2 Beers a week, its not going to do anything to you in a negative manner. Actually may be beneficial to you to be honest.
