I agree 100 percent.  The only reason I'm not doing the big 4 is because I'm focusing on using my own body weight with larger reps in things like lunges, squats, pushups, 8 counts, mountain climbers etc.

Once I get down to more of an appropriate weight, I'm going to start my weight lifting regime once again.

Good run yet again, did 2 miles. Raised my mile time by 15 seconds.

quick update,

I haven't stopped working on this, just noticed the lack of interest in this post so I stopped posting.

Weighed in for week 7 "I believe" at 246 lbs, so a total of 18 lbs. I'm still hitting the gym every day, and continuing my routine.

Update:

Just hit 244 this week.. Still going every day strong, still eating nothing but white meats and veggies..

A few more lbs and I'm going to start a weight training regime.
