I agree 100 percent. The only reason I'm not doing the big 4 is because I'm focusing on using my own body weight with larger reps in things like lunges, squats, pushups, 8 counts, mountain climbers etc.
Once I get down to more of an appropriate weight, I'm going to start my weight lifting regime once again.
