Yes because 99% if people will not do half of those things.

He will always recover fast enough but eventually it will be hard to progress. Run it at least 2 months though op.

And those fitness experts aren't always right, if they could provide proof for their claims then I would not say they were wrong. A few experts you should follow are alan aragon, lyle mcdonald, and layne norton (to an extent).
