Yes because 99% if people will not do half of those things.

And those fitness experts aren't always right, if they could provide proof for their claims then I would not say they were wrong. A few experts you should follow are alan aragon, lyle mcdonald, and layne norton (to an extent).

don't cut out all red meat. grass fed red meat is the GOAT.

e - the best health tip i can give anyone is to drink more water and move more.
also, if you're into supplementing the number 1 thing to take is vitamin d3
