Is 190-200 @10% bf achievable natty at 5'9? I know there are "natty" lifters that are about that weight but I'm not sure how much bf they have.

What are your current stats btw?


chris jones is 5'7 and lean as fk at 200lbs and shredded at 190
but prob not natty

lol at idiot kids saying 10% bodyfat @ 190lbs for someone over 6 feet tall is ridiculous and difficult. haha

Marc Fitt is like like 5'11 or 6'0 and he's 175 lbs right now. It also took him 2 years to go from 155-175.

He drinks once a year , and has slim to none cheat meals. He has dedication 99% of people don't have.

For the majority of the world 6+ foot and 190 while being 10% BF is probably one of the hardest things you will ever do as it will take so much sacrifice.

U wot m99-91, it's easy mode

6'3 220 10% checking in

No macro checking, eat whatever, sometimes lift - no routine

Oh ofc and drink, a lot
