That's another thing that sucks!

Constantly buying new clothes.

You spend your entire life buying new clothes because you are growing and gaining a lot of weight.

Now I'm buying new set of clothes before every semester because of my weight loss. So going into my summer break (3 months) already all my clothes that I just bought are too big on me. So I to suffer the entire summer with big clothes so I can buy clothes a week or two before I go back to college (which I've been doing) because I'll hopefully lose another 27 pounds by the end of the summer :)

how about my case

shrunk from 215 to 170 and bought a ton of small clothing

then I bulked back up to 218 and can't wear that small clothing

now cutting back down again (not as extremely), but hope I'll be able to fit into that clothing again lol

he's perfectly fine the way he goes about this.
proper keto is done with weekly heavy carb ups so if he cycles it right, it's just as fine.

I found this quite interesting

Saw 193.6-.8 two days in a row so I'm still losing scale digits while my muscles were getting saturated from the Creatine.

I won't bump again until the end of the summer.

Starting Keto tomorrow, if you have any questions feel free to PM me or post here :)
