I feel like I need to do less at the gym. I do these for 5 sets
Leg press 5x
squat 5x
2 diff calf workout 5x each
leg extensions 5x <----- my favorite
hamstring curls 5x
walking lunges with DB
then about 5 different shoulder exercises followed by 30-45 mins cardio + 30 mins abs 3 days a week
Depends on the day, and if I'm ridin solo or with my gym partner switching off. I usually average 5 minutes per exercise, as I limit rest to keep my heart rate up.
And depending on my calories for the day I may or may not do cardio post workout. I'd say an hour to 2 hours.
