Friday, 267 kettlebell swings in 10 minutes (timed) with a 45lb kettlebell

might sound easy, but try it if you want somethign new..every other workout, i finish with 10 minutes of kettlebell swings, trying to get as many as possible in that time haha

529lbs squat in feb - injured now so haven't been able to squat heavy for a while :(
358lbs bench - touchngo last friday
353lbs bench - paused done on several occasions

done at a bw of 195-200lbs

also did a 485lbs sumo deadlift second time i tried sumo :P

That many reps... jesus. I know this will be hard from experience in picking up laundry to fold it. Lower back pump lmao

i Do alot of KB swings, use a 53lb kb. a 71LB one if Lower reps

New PR: 105 on cleans.

Never did cleans before, prior to that. =p


I know I'm not doing something right, even though I can get the weight up np (cuz light.)

Is this a good example of technique? Is this what I should try to emulate?

took squat from 135x8 to 225x5 in a month or two.

at the same point I always get to where Im bulking and gainging weight but start losing abs etc and want to quit. gah
