Looking at the price of belts + knee sleeves. 100+$ and 60$. Will go without for this upcoming meet. So expensive :(

Today:
Form critique is always welcome. Today I was really trying to focus on not loading my right side. It still wasn't as good as I'd like, but much better. Forgot to keep neutral spine.


Then 315 Deficit deadlifts
first set 8
second set 7
third set 8 with straps cause callous tore in second set and was bleeding

Picking up some chalk tomorrow.

Get your wrists in a straight position. Otherwise it looks pretty decent. You're new to this so you can't expect to be 100% perfect. Work on your mobility and as you get stronger you'll be more stable.
