Oil in pan, put amount of rice you want, stir it a bit til it gets slightly colored, add eggs, onions, etc. Fish sauce, soy sauce, whichever you want. I preferably like fish sauce. Stir until you get a nice lightbrown color and voila
Egg fried rice was amazing - way tastier than the quality of my mp3's camera. Thanks for mama's recipe, and yes fish sauce is much tastier than soy sauce, I don't even like soy sauce. This is my new go-to meal with chicken and veggies!
