Quinoa is complete on it's own. However, Quinoa and millet together taste great!
Millet and rice, millet and beans, millet and buckwheat will complete the profile.
Gluten is fine as long as you don't have celiac
negro, i wasn't saying quinoa and millet together, those were two separate options
although upon further research millet is low in lysine but is still a good protein source
