U should know I lift heavy weights

I've had an amazing improvement in the short time I've been working out but on another note just having bad sleep for a week can cause test levels to drop by 10percent I had bad sleep routines for 10 years and bad eating habits not to mention my metabolism was absolutely horrible I don't need a test to show something I already know and sure I'm a teen and just fixing my sleep and fixing my diet plus time would fix my chemical levels but ive only been taking a test booster for a month and plan on stopping soon it's not a big deal
I'm with Pure on this one, man. Test boosters are a bit iffy at your age, not to mention that they're iffy in general. Did you know having your test levels ANYWHERE in the normal range is practically the same? The range is quite large, too.
As for a cheap multi, consider getting Now ADAM. It's very cheap, and it's pretty good quality, as far as a non-green multi goes. Those are expensive as fuarkkk, though. You can't just look at the percentages for things, you need to pay attention to the source they come from. B12 from Cyanacobalamine is COMPLETELY useless in the body. Now ADAM uses a different source, which is more bioavailable. Not to mention the other shit in it.
As for fish oil, buy the Bodybuilding.com brand. It's EXTREMELY CHEAP (under $20 for 240 of them) and you should be taking 4/day (410 EPA/315 DHA) which comes to a total of 1640 PA/1260 DHA (2900 combines, and the goal is 3k, so 2900 is pretty much as good).
