my mom did because she was 20 and had 5 kids ( had me when she was 16) and a husband who beat her. i still have the suicide letter she wrote to us (my brothers and i), and it was clear it was just too overwhelming. unfortunately i hear her shoot herself, and even went out with my pops to check on her. only to stumble across her dead body. i'm not 100% why my dad did, but i think it has something to do with the cops taking my brothers and i after my mom died. i remember him running from the cops, i remember checking into a hotel, i remember the swat team knocking on his door, i remember eating mac and cheese under the bed while watching swat knock down the door and throw my dad on to the ground with guns pointing at him. that's the last i remember of him. he got out on bail and shot himself at my grandpas house. sick bastard didn't even have the common decency to do it outside, leaving the cleanup for his own dad. my uncle i never knew so i couldn't say. they are all buried in the same place, and i left a picture of my tattoo there after i got it.

i do a 5 day upperbody split. chest/bis/shoulders/back/tris. i run in the morning and have no other leg day to speak of.
my routines for each body part follow a similar plan
first 5 sets are 4-6 rep range
then i do 3 movements, each 4 sets, and each for 8-12 reps.
i also do abs/obliques/hip flexor movements in between my sets.
