And the 12 year long Harvard Nurses’ Health Study found that those who consumed the most calcium from dairy foods broke more bones than those who rarely drank milk. This is a broad study based on 77,761 women aged 34 through 59 years of age.

Do that study with men instead of middle aged to older brittle women. Can't form a generalization like that when you only pick a certain group.

well isn't that a bullshit study then...the ones post menopausal who's estrogen levels are fluctuating obviously have bone degeneration due to the imbalance of hormones at that age. The younger women could have been the ones who didn't suffer from this.

And how did they test this? a random survey? they obviously didn't take into consideration lifestyle habits, etc. Also did they try breaking every woman's bone to test density? I doubt so.

'Tis a bullshit study if it's a survey.

your all a bunch of mindless sheep, you keep dis-regarding the statement that the process milk goes through kills its natural vitamins and minerals.

you can say all you want, if u live in the US its better to not drink milk.

nobody said milk is bad for you, its only the way bad people process it for selling that degrades its nutrition...if you were any health conscious u would know about these things by now
and it happens to more food then milk, such as meat ect...people that dont care about their bodies are the ones who dont believe it or deny that these things happen.

you think that's the only study on dairy causing bone loss? lolol

Consumption of dairy products, particularly at age 20 years, was associated with an increased risk of hip fracture in old age. (“Case-Control Study of Risk Factors for Hip Fractures in the Elderly”. American Journal of Epidemiology. Vol. 139, No. 5, 1994).

used both men and women
