Too much volume on Monday's
Good luck hitting bis right after back day + why start with single joint movements before compound wtf?

Should stick to a full body workout or a lower/upper routine to start. You need more mass and strength before you wanna move on to a split like this

terrible plan for someone your age, do 5x5 starting strength a/b workouts 3-4 times a week, none of this volume and splits bullshit

I think the only reason Raynor approved of that routine was because he assumed you were of relative size and weight. Let him know your stats again and ask him what he thinks. I'm willing to bet that he'll have a different opinion then.

it's still my 1st year and the strength training is fine too for both mass and strength.

I've never once done a pure strength training program....

Not ONCE,

closest to a 5x5 or lower rep range program I haave ever done is a 4x6

Yeah my non existent legs show for it cause I didn't train them at all for allmost 1 year of training probably longer.

And they are stronger/beastier than urs ;).
