hell yeah..he desperately needs one lol.
im one of those lucky people that's tan as hell all year round without like trying to be tan..i go outside a few hours with shirt off boom instant tan lol

because at work i spent 6hrs on the roof of a 7 story building, the back of my neck is on fire!!!!
(shld of jst took my shirt off n use some sun block, wlda been looking gz)

but yea ill get a nice base tan soon :D

You don't have to copy his calorie intake, but get some intel on what exactly he does and his time frames pre comp. I've NEVER seen Dexter be flat for a competition. His diet is always spot on.
