op, didnt read thread but fatty acids will be a big source of energy for you, as well as protein. for protein i would suggest lots of fish and eggs if you can handle it, dark/leafy greens, lots of veg in general, and use olive oils n stuff in your food. even just taking some spring mix greens or some shit, chopping up some celery, carrots, and maybe some cherry tomatos and making an olive oil/balsamic vinegar vinegrette for your salad, then maybe munch a baked mahi mahi filet or something as well and thats a fairly solid meal. broccoli and some milk on the side n ur good to go.
Yeah, he was an idiot imo. I think my biggest concern is going to be avoiding the carbs. I'm trying to make it an all at once thing, but it's been two days and I want bread now.
